Chloroquine potentially modulated innate immune response to Vibrio parahaemolyticus in RAW 264.7 macrophages

چکیده
Vibrio parahaemolyticus, as a vibriosis, causes huge losses to the aquaculture industry, food poisoning in humans and activates macrophages induce pro-inflammatory cytokines. Chloroquine (CQ), an anti-inflammatory property, this study aimed investigate effect of CQ on inflammatory response V. parahaemolyticus RAW 264.7 macrophages. The result showed that induced production T-cell co-stimulatory molecules (CD80, CD86, CD40 MHC II), increased mRNA expression pro-inflammatory, cytokines type I interferons (IFNs). Meanwhile, stimulated elevated cellular stress-released reactive oxygen species nitric oxide synthase trigger antimicrobial response, effectively reduced accumulation acetylated low-density lipoprotein neutral lipids. Finally, we found chloroquine (CQ) was involved inhibiting cytokine parahaemolyticus. These results suggested potentially attenuated Gram-negative bacterium-activated

The innate immune response to Aspergillus fumigatus.
Despite the development of new treatments, the mortality due to invasive pulmonary aspergillosis remains above 50%, reaching 95% in certain situations. The battle against Aspergillus fumigatus involves several components of the pulmonary innate immune system: cells, mediators, and natural antifungal molecules involved in the recognition and elimination of the fungus, thereby preventing coloniza...
متن کاملInnate immune response to Burkholderia mallei
PURPOSE OF REVIEW Burkholderia mallei is a facultative intracellular pathogen that causes the highly contagious and often the fatal disease, glanders. With its high rate of infectivity via aerosol and recalcitrance toward antibiotics, this pathogen is considered a potential biological threat agent. This review focuses on the most recent literature highlighting host innate immune response to B. ...
متن کاملTAMable tumor-associated macrophages in response to innate RNA sensing
Antitumor effect of PolyI:C (a viral dsRNA analog) has been attributed to dendritic cell (DC)-maturation activity, that drives antitumor NK cells, DC cross-presentation, cytotoxic T lymphocytes and many IFN-inducible genes. According to a recent paper, tumor-infiltrating M2 macrophages are found to become an additional antitumor effector through polyI:C response.
متن کاملPregnancy enhances the innate immune response in experimental cutaneous leishmaniasis through hormone-modulated nitric oxide production.
The maintenance of host defense during pregnancy may depend on heightened innate immunity. We evaluated the immune response of pregnant hamsters during early infection with Leishmania (Viannia) panamensis, a cause of American cutaneous leishmaniasis. At 7 days post-infection, pregnant animals showed a lower parasite burden compared with nonpregnant controls at the cutaneous infection site (P=0....
